Practice Concentration & Professional Experience
Scott Schrader co-founded Winburn Mano Schrader & Shram, PLLC in January 2011.  For the duration of his 15 year practice, Mr. Schrader’s practice has been concentrated in the areas of estate planning and post-death administration, as well as estate litigation and disputes.  He advises clients with respect to a wide range of issues relating to wills and trusts, estate planning, trust administration, charitable giving, life insurance, and taxes.

Mr. Schrader is licensed to practice before the Arkansas Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the United States Appellate Court, Eighth Circuit, and the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Schrader has presented nationally to professional audiences for WealthCounsel, LLC, the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, the University of Mississippi’s Mid-South Conference on Estate Planning, the Partner’s Group, and the United Cerebral Palsy.  He has presented locally to lay and professional audiences, including the Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association – Probate Section; National Business Institute, Wachovia Securities, UBS, Edward Jones, A.G. Additional Background and Experiences
Mr. Schrader lives in Little Rock, Arkansas, and has been married to his wife, Kim, since 1995.  They have two daughters, Lauren and Madison, and a son, Nathan.  He and his wife attend Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock.  He is also the Second Vice President of the Professional Board of the Arkansas Sheriff’s Youth Ranches, the mission of which is to address, remedy, and prevent child abuse and neglect by creating safe, healthy, and permanent homes for children.  Mr. Schrader enjoys golf, water and snow skiing, mountain biking, motocross riding, and is a competitive racquetball player.
